We at Casa Vega hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within ten (10) days of the date of your purchase for an exchange or refund. In order to assist us with your return, the following terms and conditions do apply.
- Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and not damaged after you receive it from us. Items that have been monogrammed, personalized or have been used are also not returnable.
- If you request and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price actually paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless we have sent the wrong item or the item sent is defective or damaged at the time you receive it.
- We make every effort to process your return request promptly after we receive the returned item. However, please understand that during the holiday season, it may take several weeks to process your return request and send you a replacement item or refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. We can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.
